How can I share BPP results with my client? And how can I share a result with a member of my team who doesn’t have a Best Plan Pro subscription yet?
This question encouraged the development of the Readonly Link feature. Now you can send a weblink to the results of the most recent analysis you ran on BPP Online or Windows Edition.

Where it is.
This feature can be found under Data > Get a Link the keyboard shortcut
Ctrl+L
works as well (depending on your browser). This launches a window where you can select Get a Readonly Link.
What you get.
Please note: When sharing a readonly link, it will share the last ran analysis. Please run your analysis before sharing a readonly link.
After opening the Get a Link window you’ll see this (select Get a Readonly Link):
After clicking either Get a Case Link or Read Only Link, a link for each will appear as shown below:
After you click OK in the Windows Version, you’ll then have a link copied to your clipboard. With this you’re able to paste that it where ever you’d like whether it be in an email or word document, etc. The link copied to your clipboard will look something like this: case.bestplanpro.com/YIwGyNZ4314.
BPP Online Version 2.0 has an added prompt after selecting Get a Readonly Link. You have to click the link to copy it to your clipboard. Upon clicking it, the link will turn green and the message Link Copied will appear under it.

There maybe times that a client needs a copy of the information you give to them to review when you’re not in a consultation. Alternatively, maybe you have a partner that is helping you with a case and you need to share client information so that they can further work with the client to make a sale. Best Plan Pro’s Readonly Link feature helps solve both of these issues in a very easy and convenient way. You can also create these shareable links early and save them to a word document to have on hand if you so choose. These links will send your client to what looks like the online version of BBP, but they will not be able to change anything they see.

Be aware: if you modify the case, it will not update the link. You’ll need to generate a new link by running an analysis and then requesting a new readonly link by repeating the process.

If your partner also has a license to BPP, you can choose instead to give them a Case Link. Simply complete the same process, but choose Get a Case Link instead.
