by on Best Plan Pro allows you to share your work with colleagues or yourself in just a few clicks. After creating a case profile, email the case with our built-in emailing feature. When you or your colleague receives it, the case can be loaded into BPP Offline or BPP Online versions.
How to email case data on Best Plan Pro 2.0
This feature can be found under Data > Email Case File. The keyboard shortcut Ctrl+E works as well (depending on your browser).
First, you’ll be asked where to send the case.
After inputting the email and clicking ‘OK’, you’ll receive confirmation:
Then you will receive the following email from our support email address:

How to email case data on Modern, Classic, and Windows Versions
This feature can be found under Data > Email Data the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+E works as well (depending on your browser).
Just like Best Plan Pro 2.0, you’ll be asked where to send the case. Then that email will receive a message with an attachment from our support email address.
You can then download the attachment and load it into BPP Online by:
- Downloading the attachment to your device
- Opening BPP Online or launching the BPP Offline Windows Version
- Clicking Data > Load Data
