You don't have to do anything special for maintenance medications...just enter them in normally.

 

If you have a medication PLAVIX (for example) that was started 5 years ago, but is maintenance, you'd enter the first fill date as 5 years ago and then you'd either leave the most recent fill as today's date or as the actual last prescription fill.  Best Plan Pro will automatically figure out the maintenance rules on a per-carrier basis.
