SNL not showing up in FL? Here’s what to do.

Problem:

Security National Life is not showing up for Florida, but is in other states.

Fix:

Check First Guarantee Insurance Security Care in your products list.

SNL uses that company name in Florida.  Be aware, they have different underwriting guidelines in Florida product level names (basic instead of modified, etc).

 

If both are checked and you're still not seeing information, set the Show Excluded Products setting in the Settings menu and try running again. If that still didn't work, there may be an issue with the particular case you're running. In that case, send it to support for further analysis.
