You added a drug that was prescribed to treat Asthma.  You opened the condition * ASTHMA and went over the dates with your client.  What do you do next?

A) Click Save B) Refine ASTHMA into one of the choices in the list (Moderate, Mild, or Chronic) C) Close without Saving Incorrect. It’s imperative to refine your condition to be as specific as possible. Without refining ASTHMA to ASTHMA (CHRONIC), ASTHMA (MILD), or ASTHMA (MODERATE), you won’t be able to get an accurate underwriting answer. (Some carriers care about Chronic Respiratory Disorders, so you’d get a wrong answer for those carriers if you left it as ASTHMA). Correct!
