How to Fix: Error downloading BestPlanPro.application

Try this first:

Try opening this file directly: https://updates.bestplanpro.com/BestPlanPro.application

That file should automatically open on your Windows computer and start BestPlanPro. The setup.exe file at https://updates.bestplanpro.com/setup.exe automatically installs pre-requisites for BPP, but can fail to install BPP by itself.  This should work around that problem.

 

Still Not Working?

Does this not resolve your issue or are you getting an error like:

An Error occurred writing to the hard disk. Check if there is enough available space on the disk. Contact the application vendor.

If you have the .NET Framework installed on your computer (check under Add/Remove Programs)

1. Deactivate BestPlanPro
2. Uninstall BestPlanPro
3. Uninstall .NET Framework
4. Install BestPlanPro from here: https://updates.bestplanpro.com/setup.exe

If you DO NOT HAVE the .NET Framework installed on your computer (check under Add/Remove Programs)

1. Deactivate your software
2. Uninstall the software
3. Restart
4. Reinstall from this link: https://updates.bestplanpro.com/BestPlanPro.application
5. Reactivate your software.
