I know some carriers change telesales restrictions based on the state. Is there a quick way to see if I can sell in a plan if I’m doing telesales?
This information is in the Plan Info Window already, but we decided to take it one step futher. Introducing Telesales Indicators. If you’re running telesales appointments, this may be an essential feature that you use multiple times a day.
Where It Is.
You can turn on the feature to show which plans offer telesales after you run an analysis. In Windows Version, go to Settings > Producer Settings and select Show Telesales Indicators. For BPP Online Version, go to Settings and click on Click to Show Telesales Indicators.
What You Get.
Once the telesales indicator has been turned on, the icons next to the carriers in the search results will change. Note, you can enable/disable this setting at any time and the effects are immediate (you don’t have to re-run the analysis).

At a glance, you can now tell both the client’s recommended plan options AND if you can sell to them over the phone in that state. As more and more agents transition out of the field (and more carriers allowing telesales), we wanted to provide a quick way to, at a glance, know if telesales is an available option for that plan.
